Rosie’s Doodles is a small, family-run breeding program with one clear mission: to bring gentle, joyful, healthy puppies into homes that want a loving family dog.

Both Rosie and Yeti are AKC Registered canines and both purebred of their breed. Poodle and English Golden Retriever.

Rosie is a therapy dog and come from a long line and pedigree of therapy dogs. Attentive, sweet, and obedient temperament.

Both dogs are AKC registered and purebred making their litter and F1 goldendoodle. They have had their hips checked and certified.

Rosie will be bred once a year for 4 years and then will be retired from breeding. This will be her first litter.

Rosie is a sweet, attentive, obedient therapy dog. She is a purebred black poodle that comes from a long line of therapy dogs. She has a good temperament but also the energy and personality to love and play. Her hair is very curly and soft, that of black velvet.
Yeti is a purebred English Golden Retriever from Ukraine. He is kind and gentle and is more mellow in energy. He has a beautiful coat of soft light hair.

Rosie didn’t come to us by accident, she arrived as the answer to a quiet wish we all shared: a dog who could be part of family life and something more. From the first day she curled up on the living room rug, it was obvious she had a gentle, giving spirit. She wasn’t just a companion; she was a steady, comforting presence who seemed to know when someone needed a soft nudge or a quiet sit-by-your-feet moment. That instinct led us to therapy work, and watching Rosie be calm, attentive, and playful, changed the way we thought about breeding. We wanted to share that temperament, not just puppies.
So we built Rosie’s Doodles around three simple promises: dogs raised as family first, bred responsibly, and prepared for a life of loving relationships. Our program is intentionally small and hands-on. Rosie lives in our home, sleeps in our house, and is part of our everyday routines. This means her puppies start life surrounded by people, sounds, and the slow, steady rhythms of family life. From morning cuddles to afternoon play and evening calm, our pups learn early what it feels like to be loved and included.
Every decision we make is guided by Rosie’s wellbeing. She will be bred thoughtfully, once a year for four years – and then retired, because her long-term health and happiness come before anything else. This isn’t a commercial operation; it’s a stewardship. We pair Rosie with carefully selected mates like Yeti to blend health, temperament, and the traits that make a great family dog and potential therapy partner.
We’re proud of the lineage Rosie comes from a line of therapy trained Poodles. Early socialization, enrichment play, and routine veterinary checks are built into our process so each pup grows confident, curious, and ready for life outside our doors.
For us, breeding is not just about producing adorable puppies (though that’s a happy part of it). It’s about responsibility, transparency, and connection. We will keep detailed health records, share what we learn with prospective families, and remain available after placement for training tips, behavior questions, and anything that helps a new family settle in.
At the heart of our story is relationship: between humans and dogs, breeder and buyer, and a family and the wider community. Rosie taught us what it means to give comfort without asking for anything in return, and that lesson shapes everything we do. If you’re looking to welcome a dog who will be part of your daily life, who has the temperament for calm companionship and the potential to be a therapy dog with the right guidance, then you’ve found the right place.
In Minnesota, puppies are generally not allowed to be sold, traded, or given away before they are 8 weeks old. This is a state law aimed at ensuring proper development and health of the puppies. We ensure they are well-socialized and healthy before they leave our care.
